Healthy I

HealthyIsm is about a global practice of higher individual potential in order to calmly and kindly welcome the absolute best "Healthy I" which is ultimately good for the Earth and the rest of her inhabitants.

Practicing HealthyIsm means looking at the health of the planet and understanding that we, humans of the global tribe, who are all part of a living organism called earth, have an important biological and psychological role and that we are an inseparable part of its celestial body: what we do for or against our planet, we ultimately do for or against ourselves.

What we do for ourselves, good or bad, we do for our planet and all its inhabitants. The practice of HealthyIsm suggests that for a healthy world we must start by doing good for ourselves and create and maintain a Healthy I.

The Key

The key to a Healthy I is to be in control of the mental manipulators in your head. If you have read the book HeatlhyIsm: Healthy I, Healthy World , you know by now that those manipulators are mainly made up of all the inner mental programming (IMP) you received into your brain from the time you were born.

In addition to your Imp your thoughts and actions are highly influence by your natural instincts which were helpful to human survival at one time but are now causing unnecessary destruction in your life and in the world.

The core of HealthyIsm is about focusing on, practicing and welcoming a healthy I and a better life. When enough of the global tribe is living constructively and working on personal improvement, we will witness a healthy world!

Healthier and Happier Life

The mission of the HealthyIsm project is to encourage people to focus on the things that control their thinking and actions and to find ways to retake control in order to have a healthier and happier life! Once you are in control you will be able to calmly, and kindly, welcome into your life the ability to stop sickness, disease, depression, and other lower levels of existence before they have a chance to develop in your life.

RUN FOR THE OPTIMIZATION

We have something here in Canada called "Run for the Cure," an event dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer research, education, and awareness programs. This is a great cause, and it is very much needed, but we must also have an event called "Run for the Optimization of Health," an awareness-of-what-we-can-do-to-help-prevent-diseases-in-the-first-place raising experience that is about helping people take the actions necessary to get healthy and give their bodies the best chance of being strong and not developing the diseases in the first place. You Are What You Do…or Don't Do

When you are aware of what controls your thinking and actions, specifically the craziness of your inner mental program (IMP) and of the weaknesses of your human nature—you become aware that You are what You do.

Nutritionist Victor Lindlahr wrote a book in 1942 called You Are What You Eat, which suggested that food controls one's health.

Today, the importance of what we eat is less of a suggestion and more of a given. The key to self improvement and to improve health, is to not only be aware that you are what you eat also to be aware that you are what you do in many other areas of your life. For example:
  • You are what you eat and how much you eat and what nutrients you ultimately assimilate into your body.
  • You are how you use your body.
  • You are what you think.
  • You are how much you let your IMP control you.
  • You are how much you let destructive instincts control you.
  • You are how aware you are of the world in your head and around you.
  • You are what amount of sunshine you allow to shine on yourself, which, among many benefits, converts to much-needed vitamin D in your body.
  • You are what awareness (and acceptance) you have of the oneness and connectivity of all things.
  • You are how many toxins you let affect your body or allow into your body in the first place.
  • You are what love you give and receive.
  • You are what joy you have and radiate.
  • You are what relationships you have in your life.
  • You are what resources and tools you have to support a healthy lifestyle.
  • You are how much you play and interact with  kids.
  • You are how much you laugh, play, sing, and dance overall.
  • You are how much support you receive and give.
  • You are what you do (or don’t do) to your body, mind, and soul.
