How to get healthy? The biggest thing that you can do when asking yourself how to get healthy is to question the status quo, to question the way the world currently operates. Most of our ailments in our lives and the problems we have in the world come from the way individuals have let other humans decide how to live their lives. A healthy living life comes from using all the good that modern society has to offer while becoming harmonious with nature. If we look at the earth as a living cell within the universe, just like a human cell is living within the universe of the human body, it will help us to get healthy and to save the world.
The key on how to get healthy and to make better world is to control our negative emotions which is done by letting go of the thoughts and beliefs that don't serve us well or contribute to a better world. This works not only by questioning and controlling destructive thoughts but also by making space in our brains for new constructive thoughts and beliefs. With our beliefs around nutrition for example it was accepted knowledge until recently that people should eat 11 servings of grains per day as part of a healthy diet. It is now known that too many grains can cause inflammation in the body especially the gut and the joints. The best way to discover your best diet is to commit three to four weeks to eating only raw (or lightly steamed so that there is still a crunch) organic vegetables. You'll likely lose weight, gain energy, and generally feel amazing. You can then start introducing other foods back into your diet like fruits, nuts, seeds, and, if part of your metabolic needs, small amounts of eggs, meats, etc. As with all the information offered here it is only for reference so please do your own research and check with your primary open minded health professional first. |
